The Black Sea Information System (BSIS), the information system for the Memorandum of Understanding on Port State Control in the Black Sea region (BSMOU), is developed and hosted by the Russian Federation.
The BSIS is aimed to collect Port State Control (PSC) inspection data from the BSMOU member Authorities and to provide information exchange by PSC data within the region.
This public access to the BSIS database provides publication of actual PSC data stored in the database in a real-time mode.
The BSMOU (its member Authorities, the Secretariat and the Russian Federation) will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from the use of information contained in the database, or of any reliance on its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
The data obtained from this site should not be used for any commercial purposes, reproduced in any other sites or any publications without prior permission by the BSMOU.
